Hmm its seems like snapchat's ceo Evan Spigal is not afraid of zuckerberg copy his work because he said to be a creative company you have to be comfortable with people copying your work during an interview via Recode. He was asked "Does Facebook scare you ?"

And He Said

“If you want to be a creative company, you gotta get comfortable with, and basically enjoy the fact that people are going to copy your products if you make great stuff. We’ve seen this happen a lot in technology. When Google came along, everyone really felt like they needed a search strategy. When Facebook came along everyone felt they needed a social strategy. And now with Snap, with our company, we believe that everyone is going to develop a camera strategy because I think we really help people understand how valuable the camera is. It’s really the center of everything that we do. And he ended it with a punchline, just because Yahoo, for example, has a search box, it doesn’t mean they’re Google.” wow that was the killer line.

 Tho, you all know Spigal needs to really worry about it because since Facebook and whatsapp started copying his work he has encountered a slow growth on his platform Snap’s stock plunged nearly 25% in after-hours trading.

It is reasonable for your smartphone to heat up a bit during intensive use. This is because the phone draws up power from the battery, causing it to become hotter when the power is drawn at a faster than normal rate—say when you’re playing games. However, it becomes a major problem when it gets too hot to use,  TechRadar in a bid to find out which device is the hottest, carried out a heat test. They put six phones against one another – specifically the iPhone 6s Plus, Galaxy S7 Edge, HTC 10, LG G5, Nexus 6P and the One Plus 3 — while playing Real Racing 3 for about 2 hours.



Each device measured about 77 degrees Fahrenheit before playing the game.

After 5 minutes, we had:

Coolest:  Galaxy S7 Edge – 89.6 degrees Fahrenheit
Hottest: HTC 10 – 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit
After 15 minutes –

Coolest: Galaxy S7 Edge – 94.5 degrees Fahrenheit
Hottest: HTC 10 – 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit
After 45 minutes –

Coolest: Galaxy S7 Edge – 100.2 degrees Fahrenheit
Hottest: HTC 10 – 107.6 degrees Fahrenheit
After 2 hours –

Coolest: Galaxy S7 Edge – 101.7 degrees Fahrenheit
Hottest: HTC 10 – 111.2 degrees Fahrenheit

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Recalled In United States (US)

Due to the rate of Galaxy Note 7 explosion around the world because of the hazardous lithium battery. Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is been recalled in the US.

It just transitioned from a voluntary recall to a mandatory one, with the US government's Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issuing a deathknell about its hazardous lithium-ion battery.

What You Need To Do

If u are still in possession of the "Time Bomb" bought before September 15, CPSC warns that you should turn off the device and stop using it immediately. Then contact your wireless carrier, retail store or contact samsung directly for an exchange of a brand new Note 7 with different battery, or get a Refund, or you might get a chance for a replacement for devices like Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge.

Samsung has announced that Galaxy Note 7 replacements will be in stores Wednesday, September 21.

Airtel to Pay a Customer N5million over Unsolicited Messages Court Ordered

Mr Anene filed a suit against Airtel on Dec 21st 2015 for unsolicited messages but it was until the 2nd of November, 2016 that the court ruled in his favor — Airtel has been ordered to pay a sum of N5 million to Mr. Emmanuel Anene.

Yesterday the Federal High Court, Maitama Fined Airtel N5 Million for violating cuatomers privacy, this is in accordance with the Consumer Code of Practice Regulations, under the Nigerian Communications Act:
I know your mind is telling you ro file a suit against them too maybe you too would a chance of getting N5 Million too but put this in mind that the court records showed that the plaintiff’s (Mr. Anene) evidence of claims was served on the defendant and led evidence in the support of same. According to the court:

“The defendant, having received complaints from the plaintiff, but continued to disturb the plaintiff from quiet enjoyment of the line.

“In every wrong there must be a remedy, to vindicate the plaintiff’s right which has been violated in the forth going circumstance by the defendant; the plaintiff shall be awarded damages based on the discretion of the court.

“Against this background putting into consideration the obvious inconviencies, discomfort and the embarrassments the plaintiff had undeniably gone through.

First i wonder why you guys still purchase InnJoo despite the report of swelling batteries. Tho i think your prayers has been answered.

Earlier this week Innjoo office was raided by NCC in Lagos, Nigeria for selling unauthorised phones and were fined N4 million, tho Innjoo was fast and paid the fine.

According to NCC the innJoo smartphone will hinder network quality and selling sub-standard phones is completely not good for the public. InnJoo Halo was a complete deception because a lot of people actually taught it was an MTK device not knowing that InnJoo actually used it to act a movie scene.

Innjoo really wanted to take over Nigeria Market, but they have missed out alot of things but still Nigerians buy their products.

Please when next you want to purchase a phone think of something good better than Innjoo cause even the name alone is a disappointment.

WhatsApp Extends Time For Blackberry Users Before They Finally Shut Them Down

Whatsapp announced back in February that it will no longer support its application by the end of 2016 on some older mobile platforms which includes BlackBerry OS, BlackBerry 10, Nokia S40, Nokia Symbian S60, Android 2.1 and Android 2.2, Windows Phone 7, as well as iPhone 3GS/iOS 6.

 But now change their mind by postponing the shutdown till June 30, 2017 as written on their blog post. The following device will continue to support Whatsapp till June 2017

  • Nokia S40 
  • Nokia Symbian S60.
As announced in our blog, we will soon be ending support for certain devices. On June 30, 2017, we will no longer support the following platforms: BlackBerry OS and BlackBerry 10, Nokia S40, Nokia Symbian S60

When i heard this i was like WOW!! people really spend that much on mobile games when me i can't really spend a dollar on mobile game thou i really like playing but i like Console and PC games they are really way better.

Here is their result of the Research.

 As you can see Mobile Gaming made a total of $40.6 Billion revenue, followed by PC gaming which made a total of $35.8 Billion and VR made the least revenue of $2.7 Billion and i think its good for a start.

Some of the games that made it big in 2017 include Pokemon Go, Clash Royal, Overwatch, League of Legends, Dungeon Fighter Challenge, Crossfire and World of Tanks and DOTA 2.

The New Cyber Security Law In China Is Really A Bad News For Business

Today Nov. 7 a new set of law for cyber security was made in china that will put stringent new requirements on technology companies operating in the country which includes data localization, surveillance, and real-name requirements.

This new rule requires instant messaging service and other internet companies to require users to register with their real names and personal information, and to censor content that is “prohibited.” Real name policies restrict anonymity and can encourage self-censorship for online communication.


Tne law for data localization, which would force “critical information infrastructure operators” to store data within China’s borders. According to Human Rights Watch, an advocacy organization that is opposing the legislation, the law does not include a clear definition of infrastructure operators, and many businesses could be lumped into the definition.

“The law will effectively put China’s Internet companies, and hundreds of millions of Internet users, under greater state control,” said Sophie Richardson, Human Rights Watch’s China director. HRW maintains that, while many of the regulations are not new, most were informal or only laid out in low-level law — and implementing the measures on a broader level will lead to stricter enforcement.



In addition to the censorship measures, the law lives up to its name with some new requirements for cybersecurity.  Companies are required to report “network security incidents” to the government and inform consumers of breaches, but the law also states that companies must provide “technical support” to government agencies during investigations. “Technical support” is also not clearly defined, but could mean providing encryption backdoors or other surveillance assistance to the government.

The Cybersecurity Law also criminalizes several categories of content, including that which encourages “overthrowing the socialist system,” “fabricating or spreading false information to disturb economic order,” or “incit[ing] separatism or damage national unity.”

“If online speech and privacy are a bellwether of Beijing’s attitude toward peaceful criticism, everyone — including netizens in China and major international corporations — is now at risk,” said Richardson. “This law’s passage means there are no protections for users against serious charges.”
